Problem: 保護者が希望条件に合うベビーシッターを安心して探し、面談・予約・支払い・完了確認まで一貫して進められる仕組みが必要だった。
Solution: 利用者とパークサポーターの登録、検索、メッセージ、予約リクエスト、見積承認、仮払い、完了レポートを一つのWebサービスに集約した。
Result: ベビーシッターを探す段階からサポート完了までの手続きをオンライン化し、見守りカメラを活用した安心・安全の運用も支える基盤を構築した。

Heisei Construction Tenant App

Problem: Different contact points for housing issues caused confusion for tenants, making it difficult for them to determine whom to contact, while also concentrating phone inquiries on the management side.
Solution: We established a single app that serves as a contact point for inquiries related to water facilities, elevators, move-ins and move-outs.
Result: Tenants can consult about housing issues in a one-stop manner, reducing the burden of phone responses for the management side.

Fish school detection display system for fixed nets utilizing iPad

Problem: Fixed nets are an ancient fishing method, but they have efficiency issues, and it has been necessary to check the condition inside the nets before departure.
Solution: By installing sonar on the buoys of the fixed nets and a transmission device at the tip of the buoy, it became possible to check the fish presence before departure.
Result: Unnecessary departures, along with the associated waste of fuel and ice production, have been reduced, allowing for appropriate catches.

Problem: There was a need to deliver the charm of published content to smartphones and create a new reader experience linked to the magazine.
Solution: We developed a digital project that allows users to view and experience content on Android.
Result: We realized information dissemination by combining publications and smartphones, expanding digital touchpoints.

Pocket Directory, an iPhone app for searching local stores and facilities

Problem: In the early days of the iPhone, there were no apps like the Yellow Pages to search for local stores and facilities, making it difficult to find necessary contacts while out and about.
Solution: We planned and developed an iPhone app that allows users to search for local stores and facilities and connect to them by phone.
Result: Within 4 days of its release, it ranked 1st in the free navigation category and 7th overall.

Posting Estimate System

Problem: It took time to gather the necessary conditions for estimates and create them manually, and we were unable to respond to inquiries outside of business hours.
Solution: We developed a web system that allows users to input distribution conditions, estimate costs, and send quotes. It also supports map display and automatic calculation of delivery deadlines.
Result: We reduced the labor involved in gathering information and creating estimates over the phone, allowing users to check prices at any time.

Problem: 出版コンテンツの魅力をスマートフォンでも届け、誌面と連動した新しい読者体験をつくる必要があった。
Solution: Android向けにコンテンツを閲覧・体験できるデジタル企画を開発した。
Result: 出版物とスマートフォンを組み合わせた情報発信を実現し、デジタル上の接点を広げた。

iPadを活用した定置網向け魚群探知表示システム

Problem: 定置網は古くからの漁法だが、効率性に難があり、出航前に網の中の状態を確認することが求められていた。
Solution: 定置網のブイにソナーを設置し、ブイの先端には送信装置を設置し魚影を出航前に確認できるようにした。
Result: 無駄な出航、及びそれに伴う無駄な燃料消費・氷の製造などが抑えられ、適切な漁獲が出来るようになった。

平成建設様入居者向けアプリ

Problem: 住まいの問題ごとに問い合わせ窓口が異なり、入居者は連絡先の判断に迷い、管理側にも電話対応が集中していた。
Solution: 水回り、エレベーター、入退去などの相談を一つのアプリから行える窓口を構築した。
Result: 入居者が住まいの問題をワンストップで相談でき、管理側の電話応対負担も軽減した。

地域の店舗・施設を検索できるiPhoneアプリ「ポケット電話帳」

Problem: iPhone黎明期には、タウンページのように地域の店舗・施設を検索できるアプリがなく、外出先で必要な連絡先を探しにくい状況でした。
Solution: 地域の店舗や施設を検索し、電話につなげられるiPhoneアプリを企画・開発しました。
Result: 公開4日でナビゲーション無料カテゴリ1位、全体ランキング7位を記録しました。

ポスティング見積もりシステム

Problem: 見積もりに必要な条件の聞き取りと手作業の見積作成に時間がかかり、営業時間外の問い合わせにも対応できなかった。
Solution: 配布条件を入力すると料金を試算し、見積書を送付できるWebシステムを開発。地図表示と納入期限の自動計算にも対応した。
Result: 電話での聞き取りと見積作成の工数を削減し、利用者が時間を選ばず料金を確認できるようになった。
