(Information Security Policy)

At maeBe Co., Ltd. (“the Company”), we manage the information in our care appropriately and aim to be a company trusted by everyone involved in our business.

Guiding principles

1. We take appropriate organisational and technical measures to reliably protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets, and respond to changing information technology and new threats.
2. We provide information security training to all employees and ensure the policy is fully understood, working to raise and maintain awareness.
3. We set objectives for the management system and for information security, review them regularly, and continuously improve and maintain them.
4. We delegate responsibility and authority to the management representative in order to implement, maintain and improve the management system.
